White as the marble that cradle the seasoning, fragrant spices, delicate and sweet on the palate. A time, was prepared by beating the Lard in a mortar, of white marble, of the Defiles of the Colonnade, and used as a condiment base.
Oggi it is used not only in the fried base for minestrone, pasta with beans, tomato sauce, pasta and risotto of the sea, but spread also on prawns, scampi, sword fish, sea bass and slices of hot bread, polenta and the baking of the chips and the forno.
Crema Lard – Ingredients: LARD OF COLONNATA IGP, salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs and spices. Cold worked. No Gluten, no lactose, no preservatives, no coloranti.
