Box containing approximately 1 kg of Lardo di Colonnata PGI with cotton cloth for its conservation and descriptive booklet with recipes.

It appears white, almost pink: sometimes you may be lucky enough to find the so-called "stripe" of intense pink color which increases the visual beauty and adds flavor to the taste. The upper part is covered with a good thickness of sea salt, grey-black in appearance due to the spices in which it is soaked. The thickness of the piece (from approximately 0.5 to 1 kg) varies from 4 to 8 cm.
