The base of this chocolate is made of 70% cocoa mass and sugar, cold-processed to preserve the organoleptic properties of the cocoa, free from soy lecithin and added cocoa butter! To this mixture are added thin flakes of Mafalda lard , aged in traditional marble basins, which give the chocolate a savoury and velvety note.
