CREMA LARDO MAFALDA

Each jar  contains 100g  of Lardo  Mafalda.

White like the marble that cradles its maturation, scented with spices, delicate and sweet on the palate. Once upon a time, it was prepared by beating the lard in the white marble mortar of the Canaloni di Colonnata, and used as a basic condiment.

Today it is used not only in the basic sauté for minestrone, pasta and beans, tomato sauce, first courses and seafood risottos, but also spread on prawns, scampi, swordfish, sea bass and hot croutons, polenta and in cooking fried potatoes and baked.

Cold worked. Gluten-free, lactose-free, preservative-free, coloring-free.

Ingredients: Lardo di Colonnata PGI, salt, pepper, garlic, spices and aromatic herbs.
Allergens: the product does not contain allergens, additives, preservatives, colourants, gluten, lactose, ionizers and nanomaterials.
GMOs and Pesticides: the product does not contain genetically modified organisms. It does not contain and was not obtained through the use of chemical products.
Storage information: Store in a cool place away from sunlight. After opening, store in the fridge between 0°C and +4°C.
