SALT BASIN
Fine salt obtained from the processing and maturing of Lardo di Colonnata PGI. It comes in the form of uneven crystals, small pieces of garlic and rosemary. The salt is dried to eliminate humidity and still retains the scent of Colonnata Lard.
Suitable for cooking and seasoning meat and fish dishes.
Weight: 100 g in a jar.
Ingredients: Natural sea salt, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, spices and herbs.
Allergens: the product does not contain allergens, additives, preservatives, colourants, gluten, lactose, ionizers and nanomaterials.
GMOs and Pesticides: the product does not contain genetically modified organisms. It does not contain and was not obtained through the use of chemical products.
