The cream is obtained by processing our lard with vernina onion from Florence (20%). When you taste it, you will be amazed to discover a pleasant perception of absolutely excellent flavour. Upon olfactory analysis, the delicate taste of the onion is immediately perceived and its aroma is fully memorized.

Ingredients: Colonnata PGI lard, natural sea salt, black pepper, garlic, rosemary, blend of spices and aromatic herbs, vernina onion from Florence (20%).
Allergens: the product does not contain allergens, additives, preservatives, colourants, gluten, lactose, ionizers and nanomaterials.
GMOs and Pesticides: the product does not contain genetically modified organisms. It does not contain and was not obtained through the use of chemical products.
Storage information: Store in a cool place away from sunlight. After opening, store in the fridge between 0°C and +4°C.
