The variant with lard

Ingredients
- 180 gr spaghetti
- 1 fresh chili pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- qb parsley
- qb salt, pepper, oil
- 2 nights of butter
- 1 cube of lard
Instructions

In a pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil and then add the chopped lard, a clove of garlic and a chilli pepper cut into julienne strips, parsley, salt and pepper. Be careful not to burn the garlic, it just needs to brown.

In the meantime, cook the spaghetti al dente, drain them and pour them into the sauté pan.

Mix well over a low heat, adding a little cooking water and butter to make them creamy.

The Spaghetti with garlic and oil with lard are ready! You can plate the spaghetti and garnish it with chopped parsley, raw extra virgin olive oil and a generous sprinkling of grated pecorino. This first course is simple, quick and full of flavours. Enjoy your meal!
